The Opportunity: Strengthening Member Value and Revenue

As a charity, RCGP sought to diversify its income while continuing to deliver meaningful value to its members. In partnership with Parliament Hill, they explored how a member benefits platform could enhance engagement while generating a sustainable revenue stream.

Together, we launched a revenue share model that aligned both organisations around a shared goal: increasing member interaction with the benefits scheme to ensure long-term success.

Annual Conference Activation

To boost visibility and early engagement with the platform, Parliament Hill collaborated with RCGP to make the most of their flagship annual conference. The event provided a direct and high-impact way to connect with members.

Our joint approach included:​

A vibrant exhibition stand to showcase the benefits scheme

An engaging prize draw, supported by Parliament Hill

Badge-scanning for easy entry and data collection

This interactive experience helped members discover the real-world value of the RCGP Plus scheme. Hundreds of delegates visited the stand, entered the draw, and left with a clearer understanding of the benefits available to them.

Outcome

The increased visibility at the conference translated into a significant uplift in visits to the RCGP Plus platform — and in turn, an increase in revenue. This success demonstrated the power of member engagement not only in enhancing value perception but also in supporting broader organisational goals.

RCGP Plus has since been recognised with a Memcom Award for Best Membership Engagement Strategy, underlining the impact of the initiative on both members and the organisation.
