About this webinar

Credit unions face a generational challenge: while only 6% of 18–34 year-olds are members today, 85% of Gen Z already use mobile banking apps.

This webinar, hosted by Parliament Hill and No1 CopperPot Credit Union, will open an honest discussion about what credit unions must do to stay relevant. We’ll explore Gen Z’s financial behaviours, their expectations around digital access, and what role community, values, and benefits can play in building loyalty.

Together, we’ll tackle the big questions:

  • Can credit unions modernise fast enough to compete with fintechs?

  • What kinds of benefits and digital experiences resonate most with younger members?

  • How should credit unions reframe their brand and messaging for the next generation?

Join us to explore how the sector can adapt, compete, and thrive with the next generation.
