As our 20th year comes to a close, we look back at the milestones that we achieved in 2024.

Key highlights

• Free financial health webinars to help support members in 2025 - Building on the success of our 2023-2024 financial health webinars, we delighted to confirm we are running nine free webinars, in partnership with Quilter Financial Advice. Topics covered include financial planning, inheritance tax, pensions, redundancy and mortgages.

• Our subscriber channel has grown by 43% this year - The channel was created to provide exclusive access to the limited time offers, new product launches and competitions.

• Client promotions up by 60% - We’ve increased the number of marketing campaigns we’ve delivered to our clients. This includes monthly member engagement campaigns and supporting clients with their membership renewals.

• We’re saving our clients and their members more money – Our average annual savings has increased by 5%. Read more about our Member Engagement Tool.
